Not choosing your own, which food product as the most interesting/sellable? Why?

 

- I think the biscuits one was most interesting. First of all, the packaging seek people's attentions. People will get attracted because of the appearance. The colour is in yellow or orange which are catchy colours. 

 

Do you think that the visual of the food affects how we preceive the taste of it?

 

- Yes, I definitely think the visual of the food has a huge impact of how we preceive the taste. That is why all the food companies try so hard to decorate the package and appearance of the food. It could attract and seek people's attentions. For example, if the appearance does not look appetizing, people would not want to eat the food. If it has the colour of green, people tend to not want to eat the food.

 

What food packaging do you find effective in the real world for making people wanting to buy it? 

 

- In the real word, since the food industry is enormous. I persoanlly think if you have really catch colours or cute word fonts. For example, kids snacks or food, if you use some cartoon characters pictures or cute word fonts, kids would love to buy them since they look interesting. Packagings have a huge impact on how people view the food.
